I am in the process of translating this from de:Elisabeth Schiemann. Following the structure of the German version of the article, and then planning to rework to the guidelines here: Wikipedia:WikiProject_Plants/Botanist_template. I believe some of the information about her attitude/resistence to the Third Reich is notable, but possibly wants its own section. Not entirely sure.
