small correction
[edit]The article included a claim that the 1884 Arctic Oil Works was the "first reinforced concrete building in the United States" and sourced this to David Gebhard. As much as David Gebhard was the Bomb, looks like this is an error, because the William E. Ward House dates from about 9 years before and that's documented all over the place.
