The result of the move request was: no consensus to move, and I'm not aware of any guidelines specific to this situation. -- JHunterJ (talk) 11:10, 15 June 2012 (UTC)
Finnish submarine AG 16 → Russian submarine AG 16 – This submarine was bought and built for Russian navy and served in it from 1916 till 1918. She was scuttled and later raised by Finland but never commisioned into Finnish navy, so I think, that proposed name is more correct. --Relisted Cúchullain t/c 13:48, 7 June 2012 (UTC)Relisted. - Oppose unlike AG12, which was scrapped soon after being raised, AG16 spent most of it's life (even if it was out of service) in Finnish hands, by an order of magnitude. 70.24.251.208 (talk) 05:42, 23 May 2012 (UTC)
- Support as serving in the Russian Navy is, to me, more significant than being in Finnish hands and not doing anything. I may be wrong though. Hill Crest's WikiLaser (Boom.) (talk) 01:30, 10 June 2012 (UTC)
- comment it served less than one year in the Russian navy, but spent over 12 years in Finnish hands... 70.24.251.208 (talk) 06:44, 10 June 2012 (UTC)

Finnish submarine AG-16 → Russian submarine AG-16 – While the submarine did spend a long time in Finnish hands it was as an unrepaired vessel out of the water and was never commissioned into the Finnish navy. The significant active period as a warship was with the Russian navy. GraemeLeggett (talk) 19:09, 6 November 2023 (UTC)
- Support - Based on the article, the Finnish involvement is rather minimal. -Ljleppan (talk) 10:13, 7 November 2023 (UTC)
