There wasn't really a "primary flag" as such. The Makhnovists used a variety of black (and red) banners, often embroidered with different slogans. The flag used on the Makhnovshchina article was the one that flew above the headquarters of the District Soviet of Peasant, Worker and Insurgent Deputies. As this soviet acted as a coordinating body for the Makhnovshchina, this one makes sense to use for the infobox of that article. But as the Makhnovshchina as a whole used a variety of flags, I put the plain black flag in the infobox of this one. Grnrchst (talk) 21:59, 7 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
