Is this mixed up with an earlier Fred O'Donovan?
[edit]The early one, born around 1900–1910, was a well-known actor with the Abbey Theatre. He has made several early broadcasts on TV, e.g. BBC Television, 28 December 1936. George Bernard Shaw died in 1950 at the age of 94. I can't image that the RAF erk saw GBS when he was 21, getting over TB. Fred O'Donovan (I) married Joyce Chancellor. 180.190.183.81 (talk) 01:20, 12 April 2019 (UTC)
