Reviewer: Wizardman Operation Big Bear 02:54, 6 June 2010 (UTC) Overall this is a good article, though I do have the following concerns:Reply

  • Any early life/personal info on him? It's probably sparse given his type of position but asking nonetheless.
  • "and was the Johnstown city council" do you mean city councilman?

This article contains two photographs, neither of which are of the subject of this biographical article and thus seem gratuitous. Please consider removing them. The photos depict (1) a statue of Penn State's Nittany Lion and (2) an ex-governor.

Article review

[edit]

It has been a while since this article has been reviewed, so I took a look and noticed the following:

  • There are some uncited statements, including entire paragraphs.
  • Many sections are quite long, and should be broken up with additional headings.
  • I saw that the article's history stops at 2011. I did a quick Google search and saw that there was controversy in the Allentown School District that he was superintendent at, and that he is now a professor at the University of Pittsburgh Johnstown. I think there is post-2011 information that needs to be added to the article.

Should this article go to WP:GAR? Z1720 (talk) 22:52, 28 June 2025 (UTC)Reply

Hello! I was the primary author on the original email. I'm not as active on Wikipedia these days, but I'd be happy to add post-2011 information to this article and fix some of the issues that have been identified here in this GAR. I think I can find some time to do this either this weekend or early next week, and will share updates here either way... — Hunter Kahn 17:06, 11 July 2025 (UTC)Reply
