This article has no indepth coverage at all as sourcing. All 3 sources are directory listings, or mentions in a list of other people. The biographical detail we have here does not come from any of the sources. This is why we do not know where Hareli was born. Here [4] is another source that mentions here at the bottom of a two paragraph listing of the members of the Israeli delegation. This is not the type of sourcing that shows notability or passes GNG.
