Fictional Anarchist?

I noticed that Havik has been included in the Fictional Anarchist category. I have not been able to play a part of the MK series featuring this character, so I am unable to check if this is accurate. I have, however, gone about searching for sources that could attest to this. All that I have found are references to his acts of siding with sides both good and evil, and that he has instructed the character "Kabal" to lead the "Black Dragons" to pursue goals of "Anarchy and Decay." Wouldn't it be more accurate to note that Havik is a supporter of chaos, or perhaps nihilism, rather than Anarchy? I propose that he be removed from the fictional anarchist category until this is proven otherwise.

Well, he's an anarchist because he absolutely loves chaos; as such, his homeland has no government or leader of any kind. So I guess he does live in an anarchy.

Living "in an anarchy" also does not automatically qualify an individual as an anarchist, as at times non-anarchists have lived within anarchist societies, nor does "loving chaos," as anarchists are not to be regarded as lacking in a political or social agenda and cause. Perhaps it is true that in the spirit of total liberation of desire, anarchists call for a kind of society in flux, constantly shifting in order to meet the needs of the individuals within it. However, while the definition of chaos as a benevolent, malicious, or neutrial force, and its relationship to the political and social philosophy of Anarchism can be debated, what cannot be debated is that the Category of Fictional Anarchists requires citation for inclusion, as it is often the target of mistaken editorial addition, including violent, insane, or merely silly characters which are pejoratively mislabeled "anarchists." Havik never makes any assertions which mimic or allude to anarchist philosophy, nor does his creators in regards to him. Five bucks says he's undead.

Don't know if this constitutes "original research," but the guy's got the same white eyes as the other undead Kombatants (Scorpion, Noob, Sindel, Kang), which the Kreate a Kharacter feature identifies as a trademark of the undead. Combined with his stable of self-injurious moves and his missing face, I think it's safe to say we're dealing with an undead here. MagFlare (talk) 07:15, 23 February 2008 (UTC)
