Location and Founding Date
[edit]Los Angeles City Planning's blog says that Hong Kong Noodle Company was founded in 1910 and is located at "950 South San Pedro Street". The location discrepancy is easy to understand (it's the cross-street address for 710 East 9th, and Google Street View suggests that the main door and sign are on East 9th), but the date is an interesting contradiction.[1] I'm not sure how much to credit that given that every other source I can find says "1913"; if it weren't a government site (with, presumably, access to city records) I'd assume they were wrong. --Mockingbus (talk) 15:17, 30 July 2022 (UTC) Mockingbus (talk) 15:17, 30 July 2022 (UTC)
