info to be added

[edit]

am in a hurry, so cannot phrase an edit myself. This project is no longer under tessera solar, but now AES Solar [1], and the article really needs to have info on the temporary injuncton filed by the local quechuan tribe. They are currently in court trying to get a permanent injunction. See [2], [3], and [4]. These facts are important to keeping this article balanced and fresh. — Eric Herboso 21:05, 6 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Ghost power station?

[edit]

Today I created the article Mount Signal Solar, so I cross-checked with this project, and I'm not sure what's going on: Where is the 99-megawatt power station?

Although the given coordinates match projects plans I've seen here, on google maps, however, there is nothing but sand. I'm pretty sure the map is not that much outdated, since it clearly displays a 1-MW solar power station in Plaster City about 3 kilometers to the north-east, and that plant started construction in September 2013, around the same time when the first electricity production figures for Imperial Valley Solar Farm were reported. So where's the facility? Does it exist at all? Anyone? Cheers, -- Rfassbind -talk 15:43, 1 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
