Improvement district → Improvement district (disambiguation) – The primary topic of this term is Business improvement district; with respect to the other two uses, the kind of municipality in Alberta is obscure and does not have its own article, and a tourism improvement district is merely one type of business improvement district, where tourism is the business being improved. bd2412 T 02:39, 1 February 2015 (UTC)
- Oppose No evidence provided confirming the primary topic assertion. We have two topics about urban zoning applying to small areas within municipalities, while another is a type of municipality covering vastly larger areas. "Tourism improvement district" has been viewed 474 times in the last 90 days
