Sinixt and Okanagan/Colville et al.[edit]

If Okanagan is in "southern" why is Sinixt, which I thought was closely related and also Colville et al., in "Northern" with Shuswap, Lillooet and Thompson?Skookum1 (talk) 15:17, 28 July 2008 (UTC)

Interior Salish languages vs. Interior Salish[edit]

Are both the same matter? Isn't there a difference between the Salish language and the cultural group?--Hans-Jürgen Hübner (talk) 10:20, 14 May 2009 (UTC)

Yes, there should be separate Interior Salish (peoples/cultures/history) and Interior Salish languages articles. Nobody's gotten to it yet, that's all. Have at 'er.....Skookum1 (talk) 13:11, 14 May 2009 (UTC)
