same character in both[edit]
Are the two games part of the same story, or is Instincts a retelling of the story? Is Jack former Navy or Marines? -Tenfour 19:52, 22 September 2006 (UTC)
- I don't think the original Far Cry and FCI are supposed to be set in the same world. FCI is less of a sequel and more of a remake for the Xbox. As for Jack, I believe the official materials say he is former Navy, at least in FCI. -albrozdude 06:42, 3 October 2006 (UTC)

I am going to delete the characters section, as this is a article about Jack Carver, not a list of Far Cry characters.
