[edit]The location of the house indicated under "maps and arial photos" is wrong. The house is actualy on Robles Drive, about five hundred yards to the south and west. Awikiwikiwikiwik 07:49, 31 May 2007 (UTC)
I've uploaded an image of Jackling House owned by Christopher Lloyd. He's given me express written permission to use it for Wikipedia. I've never uploaded an image to Wikipedia. It seemed so complicated to me to do it right I'm certain I didn't do it right. I wanted to display a caption & align the text left, but I didn't know the proper symtax despite checking this out in the Upload Images section. If anyone could either correct my coding mistake or let me know how to do this right, I'd appreciate it.
I'd appreciate before any moderator deletes the image, if you have questions or need further proof of my right to upload this image & feature in this article that you e mail me at richards1052 at comcast dot net. I will be happy to provide Mr. Lloyd's written permission.Richard 01:34, 5 February 2007 (UTC)
- Image moved. (Click article "edit this page" link to see the code.) I'm not sure why the image has been marked for deletion, but it may have to do with the fact that WP itself is released under the GNU Free Documentation License, so every individual image has to meet the requirements of that license. WP content ends up being displayed on all sorts of commercial sites (such as About.com) and there's no way to display an image in an article on WP only. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Whyaduck (talk • contribs) 04:45, 5 February 2007 (UTC).
If there were buyers willing to move the house, why did it get torn down?Pokey5945 (talk) 00:17, 17 September 2012 (UTC)

- The middle of these archive links (for the Bloomberg article) didn't produce any usable output for me; the others two were fine. —ADavidB 13:09, 19 November 2017 (UTC)
