We have the names Jennifer DASKAL and Neal KATYAL. Who are the others? Can a Gitmo detainee have a secret lawyer? Can the Justice Department have secret workers?

Is there a category for the AL QAEDA SEVEN?

I question whether the tags on this article are appropriate.
