This page is largely overdue and have been meaning to address this for the longest time. According to the FHF website [1] (and its Twitter [2]), Placide's current club Guingamp [3], his former clubs Stade de Reims [4] and Le Havre [5] and his official Facebook page [6], Johny Placide is clearly how his name is supposed to be spelled. Soccerway [7], Football Database eu [8], and FIFA [9] all agree.

Bizarrely though, the FFF has it spelled as Johnny [10] as well as National Football Teams (whom may have piggybacked). [11] Savvyjack23 (talk) 16:38, 26 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
