How do I do it? the author has provided wrong information. it is not reliable. he has misrepresented. This biography should be removed or modified based on true sources. The author is heavily biased. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 182.55.239.247 (talk) 16:24, 16 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I would like to know the email address of the author of this biased biography of this shameful cricketer. he claimed a catch which he spilled and the ball hit the ground. It was so ugly and filthy to see the appeal on the screen. It's a fact that happned just 2 days ago. the bloody author keeps removing it. Hey, if u are genuine, have a constructive argument - do not act like a filthy coward. Prejudiced unethical beings. talk like a man. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 182.55.239.247 (talk) 16:22, 16 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

You've attempted several times to add unsourced content and original research, then come here making personal aspersions. I'd suggest you read editing guidelines, before you're blocked. 99.0.80.70 (talk) 18:33, 16 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

(!--from the editor who added the latest fact from India Vs England 1st test day 1 15 Nov--> here is the video source. read the same from your english online news site http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=TM6hhXg2Xm0#! I would suggest you follow some ethics before you create any article. You show some moral values, before you publish content. You have to be fair and unbiased to write public articles. If you are trott's well wisher or an ardent fan, you should not have contributed to this article. how on earth, you call my content as un-sourced. It is from the match video. I have given the URL above. but are you not ashamed to hide that fact? why are you so childish? why do you have to be so immoral? you first learn proper moral values before you write public articles and before you point fingers at others. Why the hell wikipedia allows people like you to write article - which has several wrong information and facts. I will raise this matter to wikipedia and get this article removed soon. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 182.55.239.249 (talk) 15:38, 19 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Actually, you'll do nothing of a sort, and I'd think twice, again, before making puerile personal attacks. The youtube video is not a reliable source. And I didn't write this article, and have no interest in the subject, as I explained already at your previous IP talk page. But you're not really interested in listening, when you can be angry at someone.... 99.0.80.70 (talk) 23:14, 19 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I am not angry, I am just disappointed on the attitude of the author. if you did not write it, why do u care to defend and why did u remove what I had updated earlier. It is so bizarre to say that youtube video is not a reliable source. the video is not a computer graphics, it is the actual footage of the match. I see lot of racism and prejudice. what do you mean by 'I will not do anything of what sort...??' if u r daring enough, let me know your contact details, I will communicate with you to explain my point of view. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 203.116.92.2 (talk) 05:34, 23 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Having watched the edits from afar (I haven't made any edits or revisions to this page in a long time), I can completely see why your changes were removed. If you want to include the incident, then you need to write a well-written edit that includes the context of the match/series.
This is what you wrote: "In Nov 2012, in the first test match between India and England, Trott did wonderfully catch Kohli, he wailed for the catch and forced the on-field umpires to go up. the 3rd umpire cheated england by giving not out. The ball had hit the ground, but that is not Trott's fault, it is not the great England's fault. It is Indian ground's fault. Indian's have made the ground such a way. Indians cheated. Poor Trot."
It's full of spelling, grammar and tense errors, contains point-of-views, is far too long (entries should be concise) and is so badly written that most of it barely makes any sense. Further, there is no context at all - it was added onto the introduction which is not the place for something like this. Further, the 'incident' has received little to no attention since which suggests that it is not seen as an important topic (unlike, to use an England example to show I'm not being biases, Stuart Broad throwing the ball at Haider of Pakistan a few years back which did gather attention) and is therefore not worthy of more than a sentences mention in this article (articles aren't meant to mention every single thing a person did). 95.144.15.111 (talk) 14:02, 23 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Why no mention of Ian Trott, Johnathan, father who was born in England, not just his grandparents. His mother (Donna) and her mother (Rene Lang) were national softball players in Rhodesia. His father Ian is a capable cricket coach in England and New Zealand for the UK winter.
