A similar article on the Hebrew Wikipedia was removed several times since the subject was not considered notable enough in the eyes of Israeli Wikipedians.
The author f the article writes about his controverdy with a rival organization in a biased point of view and is supporting it by his own website and other places were he was quoted.
The Hebrew references point to quotations of the writer of the article and to its website.
This article should not rely on Hebrew quatations the majority of Wikipedians here cannot verify.
It should have relied on an Hebrew version, since Israeli Wikipedians probably have more tools to verify the validity of this article.
IMHO this article should be removed for the same reasons it was removed in the Hebrew Wikipedia.
Alternatively self references should be removed, and biased views of rival organization should be removed as well.
The issue of conversion therapy for gay men should be met with factual citations.

First of all I'd like to point out that the Hebrew Wikipedia is known for taking a stricter stance on notability issues. I'd be surprised if one of the few organizations in Israel dealing with a controversial topic, an organization which has received mainstream media coverage (Haaretz, JPost, the Forward), does not meet English Wikipedia notability criteria.
Using the organization's official webpage to source its own views seems to make sense to me. Isn't this standard practice?
The fact that many of the useful sources are in a foreign language may be inconvenient for some, but I don't think this goes against Wikipedia policy AFAIK.
In any case, I have found more mainstream sources to replace most of the citations to the organization's website. If you are still not satisfied the rest could probably be replaced too. Azbartan (talk) 04:32, 5 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
