Do we need this article?

This stub needs more text and third-party references to establish notability. As it stands, it has very little information and just does not seem adequate for a WP article. Maybe what is needed is a List of dams in Japan, rather than a separate article for each Japanese dam. Johnfos (talk) 07:35, 25 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
