I flagged this article because it is extremely biased. It does not appear to be neutral and takes a one-sided approach to frame the incident in a manner favourable to the police. The opening paragraph would seek to mislead the public by telling them this person was violent, on meth, exaggerating the size of rocks, claiming he attempted to kill police, etc.
There are definitely neutrality issues in the lead. An IP user removed the word "allegedly" when it was used appropriately, added provocative words ("illegal alien"), and inserted some information that was either inaccurate or embellished to bias the lead in the officers' favor. I've made some revisions that I believe are more balanced, presenting some perspective from both the officers and the victim's family. — HunterKahn13:24, 30 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
