Badly translated?

[edit]

Has this article been translated from another language? There are several sentences that do not make any sense. Including: "It amadouait his victims by pretending to be a photographer." "Dion étrangla then Luckenuck before burial." DermottBanana (talk) 03:05, 4 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Of course it has been translated: from French, and by computer. Kelisi (talk) 17:00, 27 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Better translated?

[edit]

There, is that a bit better? Kelisi (talk) 18:20, 27 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Odd phrasing, more translation issues?

[edit]

"His first murder victim was 12-year-old Luc Luckenuck, in Quebec City that day for clarinet lessons. This boy came from Kénogami. We travelled together every week to take music lessons at the Conservatoire de Musique du Québec in Québec City."

In particular, the use of "We" here is a little baffling. I'm sure this is a translation error or typo, but it reads as if it's a first hand account from someone who knew the boy. Should it instead be "He"?
