George Russell

Please can anyone help?

George Russell (professional football player) born 1902 was my father, Les Green’s uncle. I have tried on numerous occasions to add a link between his page and Dad’s. This is with the full consent of George’s grandchildren.

Unfortunately it keeps being removed by people unknown to us and unconnected to our family. The consistent unknown editing of the pages of two (now deceased) much loved members of our family is causing a great deal of upset.

I’ve even been threatened with a ban for editing my own father’s page- ironic given that only my Mother knew him better.

Please can someone suggest a way of me putting up this link:

“Green was the nephew of former professional football player George Russell.”

Without being threatened by people unconnected to and unknown to our family.

The ironic thing is that Dad and I spent 2 hours on the phone to the guy who set his page up, providing facts. Bruno1941 (talk) 17:40, 7 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
