Untitled[edit]

This article seems to have been turned into something that is very non-NPOV. Looking back through the history it seems that it was once a more straughtforward biographical piece. Perhaps someone more familar with the article should consider reverting to one of those points.Circusandmagicfan 09:26, 3 April 2007 (UTC)Circusandmagicfan[reply]

Kelly DiNardo[edit]

I have written a biography on Lili St. Cyr, which is coming out in a few weeks. I have found that there are several factual errors in this wikipedia entry and am slowly working to fix them. For example, she was not born in 1918, but 1917. I had made some of these changes and then they were deleted. I'm not sure as to why, but am certainly able to back up anything I've changed with primary source documentation or clarify questions regarding my changes if that is necessary. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Kelly DiNardo (talkcontribs) 22:42, 31 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Fandom[edit]

I am removing: "Because she spent final years in such seclusion, few people were even aware of her death, although Life Magazine did publish a brief remembrance in that year's year-in-review. [1]" Obituaries appeared in many outlets, its not supported by the facts and the source is a fan written biography, not one of the major obits. --Richard Arthur Norton (1958- ) 18:05, 31 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Incorrect Link[edit]

The link to the film Runaway Girl is an incorrect link. There is currently no entry in wikipedia for the actual film. The imdb article http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0171707/ gives no further revealing details. I propose the link be removed until a correct entry is written. -Pamelakd (talk) 15:30, 10 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Is name a pun?[edit]

Is "St. Cyr" a pun on "sincere"? If so this article should mention this, for the benefit on non-native speakers.212.178.135.35 (talk) 10:55, 13 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
