Loose Stream, Kent → Loose Stream — There is no sign of any other Loose Stream, so there is no need to disambiguate the article title. Starbois (talk) 15:04, 9 March 2010 (UTC)
For what it's worth, two streams both named Loose Creek, both in western Osage County, Missouri:
- Loose Creek (GNIS 721566), a creek in southwest Osage County, flowing through Argyle, Missouri east into the Maries River. About 5 miles long.
- Loose Creek (GNIS 721567), a creek in northwest Osage County, flowing near Linn, Missouri and emptying into the Missouri River. About 15 miles long. One of the USGS maps is named after this creek, as is the unincorporated settlement of Loose Creek, Missouri. There is a Luystown, Missouri about 8 miles away, but I'm not sure if it's related.
I don't know of any reason either of these would be notable, and neither of them have been called "Loose Stream", so they probably don't matter. --Closeapple (talk) 11:09, 10 March 2010 (UTC)
- Endorse proposed move as per Wikipedia:Naming conventions (geographic_names), Loose Stream is a suitable name for an English watercourse. I see no danger of confusion with the Loose Creeks mentioned above. Jezhotwells (talk) 02:37, 12 March 2010 (UTC)
- Support There is no other Loose Stream on Wikipedia, so no need to disambiguate. Skinsmoke (talk) 17:51, 13 March 2010 (UTC)
