Wikipedia policy requires that editors Wikipedia:Cite sources, This unwarranted and wholly unsupported comment inserted by Wyss was removed by me:

"Machtan's claims are generally dismissed by serious historians."

you removed it just because you want to give him trustful status so the general public will agree that hitler is a fag whore, but we know he's not. YES I'M ACCUSING YOU FROM SCREWING AND POV'ING THIS SHIT BY ANY MEANS NECCESSARY.

Goody God! Who are "we"??? But seriously, in the book's article 2 historians are cited as mentioning the book as useless historical stuff. BTW, that's my opinion too. How daring! Call Der Chief a faggie!!! I'm almost fainting!

Article needs fixing[edit]

Approx half of this article seems to be about just one of Machtan's books - "The Hidden Hitler". This book already has a Wikipedia article unto itself. This article is supposed to be about Lothar Machtan.
As regards Machtan's scholarship and the "The Hidden Hitler", most of the other historians whose remarks I've come across indicate that Machtan's book, while interesting, indulges in too much speculation and thus his assertion (a gay Hitler) is not proved. But rightly or wrongly, PhD's sometimes propose wild ideas(think Ward Churchill, Univ of Colorado!)...Engr105th 17:46, 27 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Where's the evidence that Dietrich Eckart and Ernst Hanfstaengl were Homosexual? Or is this merely an uncorroberated assertion of Machtan's? This needs clarification. Doug O'Connell (talk) 18:44, 18 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
