In my opinion she's notable as the benefactor of the competition, which is a significant springboard for the careers of up-and-coming pianists and gives out over €100,000 in prize money. Numerous pianists with Wikipedia articles mention the competition so there should probably be a page for the competition itself, but creating that and compiling lists of past winners would be a lot of work. In Wikipedia, the word "notability" has a rather specific meaning and many subjects who might be "notable" in the ordinary meaning of the word might not be "notable" in the meaning the word is used by Wikipedia. For establishing notability, the important thing is to demonstrate that other reliable and independent sources discuss the subject. The concern here is that while there is clearly at least some sourcing about the competition named after her, it's not clear that the prerequisite sources exist about Lind herself.
This Yle Uutiset article might be a reasonable source to use for expanding the prose [1]. But even with that included, the sourcing seems a bit sparse. That said, the worst-case scenario here seems to be a refocusing (and renaming) of the article to be about the competition.
Thanks for this! Attempting to read that article would be a good project for me as I am attempting to learn Finnish just now. I would be OK with renaming the article and converting it to focus more on the competition itself, possibly with a redirect from the benefactress to the competition.
