Weak sourcing

This article suffers from lack of reliable sources. The Arabian Business source is an interview, which veers towards self-published information. The lack of sources is especially keen in the awards section, where the links given do not back up the claimed awards at all. Please help link to sources which actually substantiate the awards claims and in biographical details, which are required per biogrpahy of living persons policy.
