[edit]The 2013 article cited talks about Horne's intention to donate her archives to Pitt. She did not actually make the donation until 2016 and 2017. The museum in Bradford opened in May 2017. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Wcdst3 (talk • contribs) 23:25, 20 December 2017 (UTC)
African American?
[edit]I don't know much about Marilyn Horne. I'm assuming that she is African American judging by photos? There is very little information on her background, including who her parents were. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 173.51.145.103 (talk) 05:00, 11 June 2016 (UTC)
- I've never heard of any African heritage. She doesn't look that way to me. Her husband Henry Lewis (musician) was African-American, but not her. -- Jack of Oz [pleasantries] 07:51, 11 June 2016 (UTC)
