A hoax bit of information stating that Mary Ball Washington was supposedly partly Albanian started out at least in 2014 (as an April Fools joke apparently). The Albanian parentage hoax is resurrected every so often as somehow being true. It is not. The Albanian issue has been discussed before on this talk page (see Talk:Mary Ball Washington/Archive 1#The English, Albanians and everything in between and Talk:Mary Ball Washington/Archive 1#Not an Albanian). Please do not reinstate this false information back into the article.

Age at Death[edit]

In this Article, it says Mary Ball Washington was 80 at death when she died at 1789, but it also says she was born between 1707 and 1709! Jimmyy68 (talk) 02:33, 30 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Birth Place[edit]

Hi, short question: What do you think about the idea that she was born in Kosovo? There were some reports about a possible ancestry some years ago that she was born there. However, it's been stated as a fake (compare with Stopfake.org). Are there some sources which clearly refute this fact? Thanks from Germany --5lkdl (talk) 16:00, 21 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
