Purpose of the article?[edit]

This is an interesting article. But is it intended to be a biographical article about Mary and Carrie Dann? Or is the topic intended to be Native American activism? Or is it about a particular incident (ex: civil rights)? As a bio - suggested by the title - it is lacking info: dates of birth, early life, education and family, etc etc...all the things we usually see in Wiki bio articles... This one needs tightening up.
