GA Review

[edit]
This review is transcluded from Talk:Merle Hay Mall/GA1. The edit link for this section can be used to add comments to the review.

This is an interesting, well-written article. I did some copyediting, and a few things came up during the review:

  1. "It was also" is repeated in consecutive sentences in the lead. Some variety would help.
  2. Is there a reference for 10 employees dying in the fire?
  3. References 1, 15, and 17 need references.
  4. The entire article is under a "History" section. Can anything be said about the present or about the mall/property itself?

I will place this nomination on hold to allow for these concerns to be addressed (comments can be left here, as this page is on my watchlist). Best wishes, GaryColemanFan (talk) 23:06, 31 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

  1. Fixed.
  2. Removed.
  3. "References 1, 15, and 17 need references." Huh?
  4. Will work on that. Ten Pound Hammer and his otters • (Broken clamshellsOtter chirpsHELP) 23:13, 31 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry. Those references need publishers, not references. Thanks for the quick response, GaryColemanFan (talk) 04:08, 1 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry about the delay. I realized that I forgot to save when I did the copyedit a few days ago. I went through it again, and everything looks good. I am promoting the article. Congratulations, and thanks for your hard work. GaryColemanFan (talk) 19:22, 3 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Deb store??

[edit]

I've worked at MHM since June of 2015 to present day. I do not recall a Deb store in the same space as Staples. That entire space was Staples which became Ross Dress for Less after Staples closed down this location. There was a Maurice's to the south of Staples which has closed and it is now Maribel's which had been west of the Sprint store. I'm going to remove the mention of the Deb store until I - or another editor - can find a source for this info.THX1136 (talk) 23:39, 7 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Tenant count change.

[edit]

Using the mall's site as a basis I updated the tenant count. The number includes stores not yet open along with at least one announced closure. Feel to revert if necessary.THX1136 (talk) 16:16, 10 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
