Contradictory date of death

This article states Congressman Kerr's date of death as August 19th at the top of the page but again as August 16th in the infobox. Alázhlis (talk) 16:37, 26 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

The body of the article correctly says he was not re-elected in 1872 but the sidebar gives his dates of service in Congress as 1865-76 inclusive.
