Reason for Standard Long Neck Bottles?

[edit]

Is there any reason found on any website for the reason as to why Michelob switched to a more modern beer bottle? I still don't know why the hell they would change from something that was unique and award winning.

One imagines that it didn't fit their robotic handling systems in the factory (sic) - this is an industrial product after all, despite the heritage.FlagSteward 19:37, 26 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Michelob Marzen (fall)

[edit]

"Michelob Marzen (fall)" is kind of odd, as Märzen in German refers to the month of March. -- Matthead  Discuß   00:57, 15 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

If you are correct, then they must have gotten mixed up and put the wrong German word on the beer. Sounds like a pretty careless mistake, however, we should keep in mind that the talk page is to discuss the article, not the beer itself.--Metalhead94 (talk) 10:48, 4 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
No mistake: Märzen. -- Matthead  Discuß   12:53, 4 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
