Why do all of the other quotes keep getting taken off? It's pretty obvious that Mr. Ratburn did not say some of them, but I can assure you that there were plenty of accurate ones that were removed. -Happy Mask Man 00:55, 29 December 2006 (UTC)

Marc Brown based the character of Mr. Ratburn his own grade school teacher, Mr. Price Jones (whom also appears in an episode), who is much stricter than Ratburn and thought nothing of teaching Latin to third graders.
