Work in progress

[edit]

Reformatted the page (using Shayne Graham as an example) and will need to rewrite most of the article and find references. One step at a time, I promise to come back and finish it. Greggykins (talk) 05:39, 4 January 2010 (UTC) Hmm, just looked at the references for his personal life section. Is twitter a reliable source? lol... Vandalism

[edit]

People are vandalising this page heavily after the recent football game. --Maximz2005 (Talk) 01:38, 18 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Obviously. WHERE ARE THE ADMINS. 67.162.133.18 (talk) 01:36, 18 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you to the person who reverted 7 edits. However, you didn't revert all of them. For example, the one that said field goals in the infobox to 0.0% --Maximz2005 (Talk) 01:37, 18 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Saying he has questionable performance in high-pressure situations is not vandalism, it is fact. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 161.149.102.186 (talk) 19:15, 12 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Semi protection was added for a reason

[edit]

Yes, we know he missed three field goals (one a 57 yarder) on Sunday, helping to cost his team the game. That is not a reason to add your version of juvenile humor. Blocks will be handed out. Enigmamsg 22:54, 19 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Seond rookie to attempt game-winning playoff kick

[edit]

Previously, the article stated "Kaeding became only the second rookie in NFL history to attempt a potential game-winning field goal in the playoffs in the 4th quarter or overtime." This was uncited, but a source was later found, and it appears to be a good-faith misrepresentation that he was trying to become the first rookie since Super Bowl V in the 1970 season to make a game-winning kick. Slightly different, in that he would have been the second kicker since SB V to make a kick, but who knows how many have attempted the kick. His retirement prompted one site to write the similar "He was the second rookie to attempt a game-winning kick in the playoffs". I would be wary that this is a WP:CIRCULAR reference back to a possible WP error. If the original wording was correct, a source that was written before the text was put into WP would be needed for verification.—Bagumba (talk) 21:22, 2 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
