Bias

[edit]

Based on the quote, including sourcing, and the external links, their is a clear anti-Islamic bias in the article, i am not saying the quote needs to be removed, as it is relevant to an expanded article, but the addition of two suspect ex-links, and the lack of any further information, epically considering that this is a founder of the largest American-Islamic relations org. --Boothy443 | comhrÚ 07:19, 28 August 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:Omar Ahmad silicon.jpg

[edit]

Image:Omar Ahmad silicon.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Article restoration

[edit]

On July 23, 2007, a user from the IP address 206.81.48.186 deleted approximately 2/3 of this article, leaving primarily information that was taken from CAIR's website. I reverted the article back to what appeared to be the latest version that contained most of the information, then went through the entire article and sourced it. Because the subject seems to be known mostly for the controversies surrounding his views and affiliation with radical Muslim groups, the rest of his biography is rather short--if anyone can fill more of that in, please do so. --Deusnoctum 23:27, 16 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Did CAIR founder say Islam to rule America?

Even though WorldNetDaily is not considered a reliable source anymore, I do consider this specific article (direct link) to be well researched and balanced and a plus for the article. Gun Powder Ma (talk) 23:30, 20 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
