Removed "Israel and CIA kicked Mengistu"

It is alleged that Mengistu lost control in the country with help from Israel and the CIA in retribution to his refusal to allow the Beta Israel Jews of Ethiopia to relocate.

This was added by anon user 213.186.181.173 on 5 January 2006. I've removed this BS because:
- The article is not about Mengistu,
- this again is just some "be nice to jews or CIA and Mossad kick your ass" antisemite crap,
- more than a year has passed, and still there still is no proof of this.
