Helping to resolve copyright issue about these few sources

http://www.allkpop.com/article/2014/05/exos-overdose-comeback-confirmed-for-the-7th is indeed unreliable and may be biased as it was written from a third-party view as it is not an official news website. The link has since been replaced to http://news1.kr/articles/?1637105 and is much more reliable as it is from an official Korean news website, News1.

Another source, Soompi, is also unreliable and may be biased as it was written from a third-party view as it is also not an official news website. The link has also since been replaced to http://www.sportsseoul.com/?c=v&m=n&i=69194 and is also much more reliable as it is from an official Korean news website, Sports Seoul.

Hello, Irene Tai. I really appreciate your interest in helping with these problems, but copyright has nothing to do with how reliable the source is. Copyright is a legal issue of taking too much material from your sources, whatever they are. Except for brief and clearly marked quotations, Wikipedia can only take material from public domain or compatibly licensed sources. That's different from information - people are welcome to use information from any reliable source, but it almost always must be put into original words and structure for publication here. Wikipedia:Copypaste gives some basic information about our copyright policies. The only way to address copyright issues is to either secure a usable license from the original source or to rewrite the content from scratch. --Moonriddengirl (talk) 10:41, 29 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Prior content in this article duplicated one or more previously published sources. The material was copied from: http://www.allkpop.com/article/2014/05/exos-overdose-comeback-confirmed-for-the-7th http://www.soompi.com/2014/05/06/exo-achieves-all-kill-across-charts-within-7-hours-of-overdose-release/ and possibly other sources. Copied or closely paraphrased material has been rewritten or removed and must not be restored, unless it is duly released under a compatible license. (For more information, please see "using copyrighted works from others" if you are not the copyright holder of this material, or "donating copyrighted materials" if you are.) For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or published material; such additions will be deleted. Contributors may use copyrighted publications as a source of information, and according to fair use may copy sentences and phrases, provided they are included in quotation marks and referenced properly. The material may also be rewritten, but only if it does not infringe on the copyright of the original or plagiarize from that source. Therefore such paraphrased portions must provide their source. Please see our guideline on non-free text for how to properly implement limited quotations of copyrighted text. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously, and persistent violators will be blocked from editing. While we appreciate contributions, we must require all contributors to understand and comply with these policies. Thank you. Moonriddengirl (talk) 10:41, 29 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]
