I first tried the link to the article at the website on the Western Pacific Railroad. The link was broken, so I went to the site and fixed the link. While I was doing this, I noticed some inconsistencies between their article (as viewed today) and the Wikipedia article that cites it. For specific facts that are given one way by their website, and that's the in-line ref, I changed them to match their website. That causes the overall Wikipedia article to have some inconsistencies (eg 60 feet vs 62 feet), because our article uses different sources. I am not now trying to sort this out.
There is one other item: our article used to say five radial gates. Their article says four gates. So I just said "several" because I can't tell whether the correct number is 4 or 5. Oaklandguy (talk) 06:45, 2 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
