Rename article?
[edit]Should Polly really be listed on here as Polly Perkins (singer)? She seems to have done just as much actng as singing, including main parts in two soap operas (First Eldorado and now EastEnders as Dot's sister Rose Cotton). Wouldn't it be better to rename the article to something like Polly Perkins (performer) or Polly Perkins (entertainer)? Anyone agree? Bleaney (talk) 22:02, 14 December 2011 (UTC)
- I agree. I don't know which of those would be better but Polly Perkins (actor) and Polly Perkins (actress) could do with being redirected. In fact I might do those right now. –anemoneprojectors– 15:04, 15 December 2011 (UTC)
- So as nobody else has commented I assume it's ok to rename the article, but to what? For this I have asked for some advice, please see - Wikipedia talk:Biographies of living persons#Naming conventions help!. Bleaney (talk) 18:30, 10 January 2012 (UTC)
- Yay this has been sorted. Simple really, as no other article had the name space Polly Perkins, she has been moved to that! Bleaney (talk) 19:01, 10 January 2012 (UTC)
- Glad to be of assistance. Yworo (talk) 19:15, 10 January 2012 (UTC)
- Dunno why we didn't think of that ourselves! –anemoneprojectors– 14:01, 11 January 2012 (UTC)
