Orphaned references in Presidency of Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo

I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of Presidency of Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo's orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.

This is a biased article

This entry portrays Arroyo in such an unremittingly negative light that I have flagged it for neutrality issues. Though token efforts at objectivity are present, the reader is left with the impression of a foiled tyrant with strongly militarist leanings. Furthermore, at least one citation is from the webpage of one of Arroyo's political opponents.Elchori01 (talk) 12:00, 18 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

removing POV tag with no active discussion per Template:POV

I've removed an old neutrality tag from this page that appears to have no active discussion per the instructions at Template:POV:

This template is not meant to be a permanent resident on any article. Remove this template whenever:
  1. There is consensus on the talkpage or the NPOV Noticeboard that the issue has been resolved
  2. It is not clear what the neutrality issue is, and no satisfactory explanation has been given
  3. In the absence of any discussion, or if the discussion has become dormant.

Since there's no evidence of ongoing discussion, I'm removing the tag for now. If discussion is continuing and I've failed to see it, however, please feel free to restore the template and continue to address the issues.
