Necropolis of famous Belarusians as well
[edit]Rasos cemetery is a necropolis of not only famous Lithuanians and Poles, but Belarusians as well, so it sounds fair, not only to mention these cultural figures, but also have Belarusian name of the cemetery next to Lithuanian and Polish.
The book Беларускія старонкі Вільні/Vilniaus gudų puslapiai in its chapter Могілкі Росы/Rasų kapinės, mentions these the most notable Belarussians:
- Францішак Аляхновіч \ Pranciškus Aliachnovičius
- Лявон Вітан-Дубейкаўскі \ Liavonas Vitan-Dubeikauskis
- Галіна Войцік \ Halina Voicik
- Антон Луцкевіч \ Antanas Luckevičius
- Іван Луцкевіч \ Ivanas Luckevičius
- Лявон Луцкевіч \ Liavonas Luckevičius
- Антон Лявіцкі (Ядвігін Ш.) \ Antanas Liavickis (Jadvihin Š.)
- Уладзіслаў Паўлюкоўскі (Улад Ініцкі) \ Vladislovas Pauliukouskis (Vladas Inickis)
- Станіслаў Станкевіч \ Stanislovas Stankevičius
- Альбін Стэповіч \ Albinas Stepovičius
- Канстанцін Стэповіч (Казімір Сваяк) \ Kanstantinas Stepovičius (Kazimieras Svajakas)
- Уладзіслаў Талочка \ Vladislovas Taločka
- Яўстах Тышкевіч \ Jaustachas Tyškevičius
- Людвіка Ямант \ Liudvika Jamant
- Аляксандр Аскерка \ Aliaksandras Askerka
The names of these notable persons should also be added to the list of Notable interments. Žemėpatis (talk) 05:14, 3 January 2013 (UTC)
