General: Article is new enough and long enough
Policy: Article is sourced, neutral, and free of copyright problems
Hook: Hook has been verified by provided inline citation
QPQ: Done.
Overall: Article is new enough, long enough and has enough sources (and will probably be expanded in the future). Hooks are cited and interesting. Earwig is not picking up any copyvio (besides titles and positions), and qpq has been done. This nom looks all good. Personally ALT0 is more interesting to me but I'll leave that up to the promoter.
