The date given for the trial is incorrect. Pierpont, Makley, and Clark were tried separately in March 1934. Pierpont's started on March 6 and ended March 11, Makley's began the same day and ended on March 17. Clark's ended on March 24. I am still trying to track down the start date for Clark. According to my information the three were arraigned on February 15. March 11 was a Sunday, but I found a New York Times article: "Lima, Ohio, Sunday March 11 -- Harry Pierpont was convicted today..." Russell Clark's trial began March 20. James Galloway (talk) 23:44, 27 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]
