Mr. Caldwell is shown here wearing a numbers tag from a State Penitentiary, so apparently he was charged with other crimes, than just the one Federal charge we are being told about here. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.84.118.113 (talk) 22:48, 7 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Location

Where did this happen? Wikipedia biography articles like this should answer a few basic questions that a reader might have. Questions like: Who? What? Where? When? Why? and How? for example.
