Critique 2019-02-12
[edit]A. Each fact is not referenced with an appropriate reliable reference. There are some citations that still need to be made. There are several References and citations, but it is not complete yet.
B. Everything in the article is relevant to the articles topic as it is about Santo Versace himself. There is nothing that distracted me, but there is certainly more biographical information that can be added. There are barely any Sections.
C. The article is mainly neutral as it states facts and information on the life of Santo Versace. There isn't any sentences that say he is the best or any other biased information. There is a line, " quickly became one of the industry's leading and most well-respected businesspeople" that could slightly be seen as an opinion instead of a fact because it is missing a citation/reference that backs up the statement.
D. The information comes from some good sources, some bad, and some irrelevant. The first source came from (www.notablebiographies.com) which is a credible source. The source that comes from (www.bloomberg.com) I think is a bad source as it is practically a rating or review of the brand and it has nothing to do with the biography of Santo Versace. There are other sources that are not credible and irrelevant such as the link to a youtube video with music star Bruno Mars singing a song that has the word "Versace". The first source is neutral, but source that comes from an interview with Donatella Versace could be seen as biased.
E. There isn't really any viewpoints that are over or underrepresented as it is just a biography with facts about Santo Versace.
F. I checked the citations and they do work. I did not detect any paraphrasing or plagiarism in the article.
G. There is no information that is out of date, but there is information that could be added. Starting with missing citations and some more information about his recognitions and post career life could be added. I think more information about Santo Versace needs to be added. Anywhere from his personal life and career life, to where is brand stands today. More reliable sources need to be added and used.
