What does it offer to users?[edit]

The article could use more explanations on what it offers to users (up- as well as downloading) and why anyone would prefer it to simple file sharing. Richiez (talk) 16:09, 1 August 2014 (UTC)

And perhaps a warning that although they offer a one month "Free trial", you need to provide your credit card details to get it! Sux IMO. 1.129.96.231 (talk) 22:01, 27 May 2017 (UTC)

Plagiarism of Wikipedia[edit]

I see that one of the sources of scribd's content is Wikipedia. Its page https://www.scribd.com/document/73101804/periyar is clearly derived from Periyar E. V. Ramasamy. Maproom (talk) 09:39, 13 June 2017 (UTC)

Has no "library"[edit]

This is silly. ScribD has no "library." It simply gets books somehow from places like Amazon and passes them on to its members. BeenAroundAWhile (talk) 21:03, 3 October 2017 (UTC)
