Is sport in QLD only about professional teams ?

Look at the other sport related regional articles. They give rundowns on each of the sports including major and minor leagues and participation figures with links to their summary articles. I think this page focuses only on stadiums and professional teams and needs a major re-write. --Spewmaster (talk) 22:00, 21 February 2008 (UTC)

Some sort of summary or overview is needed

I think this article would benefit from a bit of an overview. It should give a general overview about sport in Queensland (QLD). As it is, you must read everything to get a general picture. I also think a summary should be added to the sections where there is just a link (like Australian Rules Football for example). Missing teams

I'm lazy and may do this later but:

• Breakers and Barracudas (Water polo)
• Scorchers (Field hockey W)
• Fire (Cricket W)
