Parish[edit]

Per the clarification on the Corofin (parish) talk page, it appears that the standard naming convention for parishes is "Foo (parish)". Should this page conform to the revealed standard? Something like "St. Fachanan, Kilfenora (parish)" or "Kilfenora (parish)". Laurel Lodged (talk) 12:55, 20 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Why would that disambiguation be necessary? The Banner talk 14:06, 20 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Why? To conform to the standard naming convention identified by yourself. In this case of course, it would not be a disambigation but a much-needed description. Who would know that St. Fachanan, Kilfenora was a parish instead of a street in De Wallen? Laurel Lodged (talk) 17:40, 20 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Aha, you try to be disruptive to make a point. I advice you not to do that. After all those years, you should understand how disambiguation works. The Banner talk 17:47, 20 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
