True Cross?

[edit]

Since this was intended to hold pieces of the true cross, shouldn't we state in the article whether or not any thing was in the triptych when it was found? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 131.156.23.47 (talkcontribs) 23:58, 15 September 2005

Mosan

[edit]

Do explain that "Mosan" means "valley of the Meuse". I must have been twenty before that dawned on me... --Wetman 08:18, 13 September 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Picture wanted

[edit]

The current picture is listed as PD-art, however im not sure that is accurate (it may be, but not sure it qualifies). In which case the picture will need to revert to a Fair Use license which is limiting.

If anyone goes to the Met and can take a high resolution picture it would greatly enhance to have a Creative Commons or GNU licensed picture available. The world needs a freely usable picture of this nice piece of art. Stbalbach 17:28, 13 September 2005 (UTC)[reply]

The now-current image is from the Wikimedia Commons, so I assume this was resolved. — OwenBlacker (Talk) 23:24, 22 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
